First off let me say that the reason why this DVD is getting such a low score is because it isn’t really a film in and of itself. Basically the disc is comprised of 4 short films, 3 product reports, and one behind the scenes feature. These are not special features, they are what make up the main feature on the disc. This makes the disc more of a video magazine of Private releases than an actual feature or compilation. This also makes this particular DVD hard to review because the sex, sets, direction, extras, and enthusiasm contained within it are all very good. The problem is that it ismore… not any one film, so it sort of has the effect of a series of advertisements.
The 4 short films on the DVD are very good; in fact I would say that this is some of the best sex on video put out by anyone. All of the women in this video are beautiful beyond belief and the sex that they have is really enthusiastic and a joy to witness.
A completely hot scene on this disc is the one titled Red Cocktail. In this short feature Venuss gets completely hammered in the ass by two well-hung studs. I simply could not believe the way these guys treated her in this scene. If you like serious anal sex, then this part of the disc is most certainly for you. All of the other usual elements are included as well, but there is definitely an emphasis placed on Venuss’s ability to take a complete anal pounding. The scene starts with her giving a blow to one guy while the other rams two fingers in and out of her ass hard. Then the two guys take turns ass fucking her while she moans. This chick is absolutely beautiful and you can tell that she really enjoys her job as these guys go from her ass to her mouth, and back again. After a series of sucking, ass drilling, DP, and gaping close-ups the scene ends with a double facial.
The short sequence with Mercedes is also particularly enjoyable. This is one hot woman who has an absolutely scorching threesome with two guys. She starts by masturbating to a novel. She really gets into it and closes her eyes, when she opens them two stiff cocks are dangling in front of her face. At this point she looks up longingly, grabs both of them, and begins to softly caress and lick them. Everything about this scene is really beautiful from an aesthetic sense. From the background color to the soft lighting, there is certainly a feeling that each and every Private director cares about his/her craft. It is easy to see that the Private label is really interested in taking the adult film to a higher level of artistic quality (to a certain degree), yet still make a product that is quite carnal and highly sexual.
This is the reason why I have a hard time giving this particular DVD a Film score of "3". Private does everything right on this disc to make the sex scenes utterly hardcore and beautiful at the same time. The problem is that it is a compilation of scenes and advertisements of their other films. I say give me more short films and make all of the other materials features of the disc instead of making them part of the actual material presented.
The features on the disc are better than most including trailers, cast bios, photos, and production notes (since the behind the scenes shorts are part of the actual disc). Overall I would say that this DVD is a decent buy.
