Okay, okay, I'll calm down a bit here. As much as I can praise Madame Saint to the heavens, what I'm supposedmore… to be doing here is reviewing the latest team-up between Penthouse Magazine and Private, entitled "Dangerous Things 2." In case the number 2 didn't clue you in, this is the conclusion to - you guessed it - "Dangerous Things," in which the lovely Silvia played a best-selling erotic writer who's hanging out in bump 'n' grind Brazil to write about what she knows: fucking! Some set-up, huh? So "Dangerous Things 2" takes up with Silvia thinking that she's gonna name her latest opus - based on her own sexual exploits, naturally - "Dangerous Things". That's all well and good, but while Silvia and company are all busy trading bodily fluids, a mysterious fella named Victor that Silvia met with in part 1 keeps popping up at oddball times.
What's it all mean? Well, we've seen tons of movies - both in porn and Hollywood - that deal with souls sold off for success at a devilish price, but don't worry, you won't get bored here. Ace director Antonio Adamo (who helmed the blistering, and better, Private Black Label release "Sex Shot," starring my other fave, Laura Angel) keeps the carnality coming so that the hackneyed story doesn't get in the way. "Dangerous Things 2" is definitely a solid effort: great girls, hot fucking, beautiful audio-visual quality. Still, it doesn't match up with the best of the Private releases, or the best Silvia movies for that matter. I kind of felt like things were "tamed down" a bit, perhaps to "class things up" a notch. Hell, Silvia never takes it up the ass here...and that, to me, is just plain unacceptable. Don't get me wrong, you still get facials, buttfucking (from other gals), glorious women...all that great stuff you expect from Private. But in the end, this is an excellent piece of smut that just doesn't qualify as an all-out classic.
Silvia herself is in three scenes, so you definitely get your money's worth in screen-and-sex time from her. Even so, I wouldn't really consider her moments to be the most overwhelmingly blistering ones in the film (and that, my friends, is a very rare statement for me to make). The first two featuring her have water themes: in scene one, Silvia takes David Perry on a sun-drenched Brazilian beach, and in the other, she enjoys Nacho Vidal's rigid rod in a pure blue swimming pool. These scenes are beautifully photographed, even though they sport some of that annoying switching between color and black & white photography that drives me a bit nuts, plus some distracting slo-mo effects. That stuff isn't too bad here though, because the video quality and camerawork are, overall, superb. Every cock-huffing blowjob, jiggle of heavy tits, or megablast of cum into Silvia's eager mouth (a fitting end to both scenes) is crystal-clear. Her third scene finds her coupling with Frank Gun while, in the same bed (in Victor's surreal lair), the mouthwateringly massive rack of Sonja Smith bounces away, as she's boffed by an understandably eager Freddy Dalton. Sonja's a real vision of beauty, and she definitely holds her own with Silvia. It's worth seeing Sonja take it reverse cowgirl style, just so you can witness her amazing knockers swaying about. The only downer is in the money shot department. Not so much for Silvia - her bullseye in the mouth is beautifully filmed, and you're gonna love seeing her dribble out the flood of jizz that fills that lovely orifice - but Sonja's blast is presented after it happened, I guess. You basically see her with cum on her face, and some nut juice drooling out between her lips. Ah well, you can't win 'em all.
There are seven fuck scenes in "Dangerous Things 2" (which runs 88 min., not the 1 hr. 45 min. listed on the packaging), and amongst the other ones, the group boff that ends the film and a triple-tryst featuring Lea de Mae on a boat (with Nacho Vidal and Franco Roccaforte) are particular standouts. In Lea's scene, the cute blonde Eurotramp gets every one of her able and willing holes filled to the max by eager studs. Pussy gets devoured, cocks get orally polished, and the trio run through a gamut of positions, including some spit-soaked anal and a deep D.P. Lea's got a future with the smut mavens at Private, lemme tell ya. And the massive facial that caps things off is worthy of the Private brand name.
The same goes for the finale, featuring wacky Victor playing away on an organ while Dora and Estelle take part in some demon-influenced debauchery with Freddy Dalton and Frank Gun. Silvia watches these two raven-tressed harlots take their studs to the hilt in torrid cowgirl, doggy and spoon style couplings. The spoo that lands on Dora's tongue isn't too impressive, but don't fret: Estelle takes a nice load into her mouth, so not all is lost.
"Dangerous Things 2" is dependably well-made and slutty filth from the pervy minds at Private. It's only a disappointment when you consider it in relation to other releases, both in the Private catalog and in Silvia Saint's filmography. But hey, it's a hot effort nonetheless and your hard earned cash will be well-spent on it. The bonuses are nice too, in typical Private fashion: animated menus, trailer, behind-the-scenes report, cast info, production notes, photobook, and previews for five other titles. Even if "Dangerous Things 2" isn't as dangerous as the creme-de-la-creme of smut, it delivers enough sin to warrant your attention.
