Private Life of Michelle Wild, The (2003) Retail DVD
Description
Ever since Private released their first star specific compilation (The Private Life of Monique Covet) back in 2001, fans have been waiting impatiently to see Michelle Wild get the same 2 disc treatment. The hot Hungarian brunette has been tearing up the Euro porn scene for the last three years, growing a faithful international fan base with her perfect all natural body and intense performances. Finally, some of her best work for Private has been conveniently packaged in this wonderful 2-disc set.
The first disc contains the main feature, comprised of six scenes. These scenes aremore… intercut with interview segments that appear to be new, shot exclusively for this release. If you're a Michelle fan, you probably have most of her scenes already. So I'll try to focus on the facts so you can determine if an upgrade is worthwhile. Here's how the scenes break down:
Scene 1: from Sex Opera (Antonio Adamo)
Production Date: Oct. 2000
Cast: Michelle, Eva Hot (AKA Mercedes), David Perry, Philippe Dean
Notes: This is a fairly standard scene with both girls starting the scene swimming naked in an indoor pool. They eventually join up with the guys for two separate side-by-side couplings. Eva takes it in the ass, but Michelle doesn't. But both girls get nice facials at the end.
Scene 2: from The Splendor of Hell (Kovi)
Production Date: Nov. 2000
Cast: Michelle, Monique Covet, Ann Kiray, Franco Roccaforte, Chris Charming
Notes: Entitled " Dark & Wild", this is one of those bizarre Pirate Label sets with plenty of dark atmosphere; Michelle begins the scene hanging upside down. Monique is the dominant one here and controls the action as the guys go to work on Michelle and Ann. Michelle gets a DP towards the end, then helps Ann lick cum off a pair of swim goggles to close out this one.
Scene 3: from Reality No. 2: Pure Pleasure (Kovi)

Notes: The omnipresent Steve Holmes takes center stage in the aptly titled " Michelle & Steve" scene set in a large bathroom. Scene 5: from Sex Secrets of the Paparazzi (Kovi)

Notes: In "Suntan Lotion" Michelle, Bianca, and Sandra start off by playing with each other in an outdoor beach-like setting. Notes: This is your standard Roman orgy scene. Michelle spends most of the scene blindfolded while sucking and fucking various guys; including a good DP setup. Notes: This is a medieval/fantasy themed scene set in a castle where Michelle takes on an evil wizard (Alberto Ray) and his henchman (Nick Lang). The scene begins with some of the usual fondling and cock sucking and ends with a hot DP. The guys glaze Michelle's mug before the scene fades out.
Scene 8: from Fetish Obsession (Kovi)

Notes: Here's another Pirate Label scene with tons of fetish elements as Michelle plays a sexy school teacher who dominates one of her nerdy colleagues. Notes: I'm not sure where this 28-minute scene came from, but it's pretty damn hot. The scene begins on-set as Michelle finishes a scene then she goes to a backroom to fuck Toni. This is a fast paced scene with some great intense action and minimal cuts. Toni and Michelle really get into it, especially when Toni starts pounding her ass. Michelle shies away from an ass-to-mouth insertion at first, but she eventually relents towards the end of the scene. The external vaginal pop shot is a bit of a let down, but it's hard to be too disappointed after the strong effort exerted by Michelle and Toni in this scorcher.
Quiz Bonus Scene: from Reality 5: Click Here to Enter (Kovi)

Notes: This 14 minute all girl bonus scene can be accessed by successfully completing the quiz or by simply playing "Title 16" on the second disc. Entitled "Dike Scope" the scene begins as the girls get turned on by spying on their neighbors through a telescope. This leads to a decent three-way with some dildo play and lots of rug munching. Not a bad choice for a bonus scene, but I think Private could have done better.
But wait! The second disc has plenty of other goodies too! First there's the "Best Facial Cumshots" compilation reel that runs for a measly minute and focuses on Michelle getting jizzed on. "The Secret Michelle" is a rather comprehensive 14 minute interview. Next is " Michelle in Sado," a 10 minute compilation of Michelle in fetish gear with some behind the scenes footage. The "Shooting a Photo Set" extra is another BTS segment that runs for about 10 minutes and shows what goes into shooting a hardcore magazine spread. "Sex Behind the Scene" is another BTS segment that runs for about 5 minutes. This set of extras is rounded out by the " Special Photobook" feature which is nothing more than your standard photo gallery.
Expanding the value of the disc even more is a disc heading titled "Michelle's Privatography." Michelle fans will love this addition, listing every piece of work Michelle has ever done for Private. First off are four complete magazine photo sets, including the one covered in the "Shooting a Photo Set" footage. "The Movies" lists every Private movie Michelle has appeared in, complete with photo galleries for each! Just as impressive is "The Compilations" list that logs every Private compilation Michelle appears in and which title the each scene is from. Finally there's the Quiz that tests your knowledge of Michelle trivia. There are approximately 8 multiple choice questions. Answer a question correctly to watch Michelle perform a strip tease, revealing more skin with each correct answer. Completing the quiz unlocks the hidden bonus scene mentioned above.
As with any compilation set, the production values vary from scene to scene and is usually reflective of the original material and not necessarily the quality of this DVD. While most of the scenes look really crisp, there are a few that sport a grainy image; particularly the dark lit scene from The Splendor of Hell on the first disc. Likewise, the audio is also a hit and miss. Private is notorious for using dubbing in many of their features, but most of these scenes appear to be dub free and the mixing sounds pretty good (and natural) for the most part.
You definitely get your money's worth with this set! Not only do you get 15 complete scenes, but you also get tons of extra footage and photos. Now for some nitpicking. It would have been nice to see some of Michelle's more recent work represented; all of these scenes were shot in 2000 and 2001. Plus, at least 13 out of 15 scenes were taken from Kovi movies. I know she's a Kovi regular, but some variation would have been nice. Even though this isn't the complete Michelle Wild collection, it's a good start. Die hard Michelle fans and even casual porn viewers can't go wrong here!
